pc/MRP RELEASES 8.00 VERSION

New, Improved Address Book Interface  pc/MRP Version 8.00 added a new Documents Tab to the Address Book. Users can select an address and view all documents created in pc/MRP for that account.   Clicking on document will allow you to display  or print that document.  Version 8.00 also includes the option to track any UPS, FedEx, DHL or Postal Express Shipment related to that document. New, Faster Check Runs, Support for EFT pc/MRP Version 8.00 offers faster check runs and a new screen for recording Electronic Fund Payments and hand checks.

Ordering Information for Update Registered owners of pc/MRP can update to version 8.00 for $650.00. This includes 1 year of technical support (6-hr cap). New, Improved Data Importing pc/MRP's Data Import Option Version 8.00 automatically deletes blank and duplicate records. Importing BOM(s) adds new parts to partmaster database and prompt fors BOM Number and Description if missing.

New, WebEx Support for pc/MRP pc/MRP now includes WebEx Support as part of its support package.   WebEx allows us to remotely log onto your computer (with your permission) to see and fix a problem with both of us looking at your screen.  New, Import Price/Qty Breaks from Arrow, Digi-key, and Mouser pc/MRP Version 8.00 has added an option to automatically import standard price qty breaks from Arrow, Digi-Key and Mouser. pc/MRP's Optional Employee/Time Sheet Module runs $250.00 and contains the following advanced features. Accounting can create and manage employee records for pay rates, date hired, vacation hours, sick hours, state, and federal withholding $ amounts. Accounting and or individuals can create and manage employee time sheets. Accounting can print out actual labor hours and costs for a sales/work order from the time sheet report module.

pc/MRP's Optional $250.00 Advanced Password Module

The advanced password module allows an unlimited number of user name and password combinations to control access rights (delete, enter, edit, view only or no access) to each pc/MRP module. Users can change their own passwords by selecting Optional, Passwords and Change password of current user. Users must have Delete Rights to re-index files for that module. Specifying what criteria will be used to inspect it. Only users with Delete Rights to the Password Module can activate pc/MRP's Command Line.

pc/MRP's Optional $325.00 Infinite Bucket Module/Visual Time Line Reports

pc/MRP's Infinite Bucket Module allows the user to generate an mrp and print out or display action item reports. Action item reports consist of Onhand, PO, Buy, Issue, Make and Sale action items. The action item reports can be sorted by part number, sales and work order number, starting date, ending date, buyer code, etc. In the Visual Time Line report shown on the right, ten bearings (pn 000000010) must be ordered on 1/3/02, issued on 1/6/02, assembled and sold by 1/09/02 for sales order 000101.

Sales Quotes with probabilities can be included when generating an MRP. Push Pull Reports recommends changing dates/cancellation of purchase orders/work orders Consolidated Reports provide summarized daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Buyer Codes sort and select options have been added to the Infinite Bucket reports. Consumable and Dedicated (new) work orders can be used to fill customer sales orders. Purchase Orders can be created automatically. Visual Time Line Reports as shown above can be displayed and printed Issued Shortage Report displays all current stockroom transactions that are short. Pre Shortage Report displays all PO and Buy action items with push pull dates.

pc/MRP's Optional $250.00 Bulk Email Module

pc/MRP' New Optional Bulk Email Module allows you to email newsletters, brochures, notices, etc. to customers, vendors, and employees directly from your pc/MRP address book at a fraction of the cost of mailing or faxing. Colorful brochures/newsletters containing pictures and various size fonts can be created in HTML. Simply browse and locate the HTML file with the Message File … Button. Use the “Messages To Send” spinner to set how many newsletters/ brochures you wish to send each night.

Multi-Currency Module $250.00 The Alternate Currency Module allows users to view costs and selling prices in an infinite number of alternate currencies. It adds the option to print out quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices in both the base currency and alternate currency. Entering receivers or building an assembly will allow you to assign serial/lot numbers. Issuing to mfg or invoicing will allow you to select from a list of serial/lot numbers for that part. Bar Code Font Module $149.00 pc/MRP 3of 9 Barcode Option consists of a 3of9 True Type Barcode Font allowing users to use pc/MRP's Report generator to add 3of9 bar codes to pc/MRP forms, labels and reports.

PO Request Module $250.00 The Purchase Request/Quote Module creates, edits, and prints out purchase requests and purchase requests for quotes from a vendor. Purchase requests can be automatically converted into purchase orders Sales Quote Module $250.00 pc/MRP's Sales Quote Module creates, edits, and prints out sales quotes. In addition, it will automatically convert sales quotes to sales orders if you receive the order. ECN MODULE $250.00 The Engineering Change Notice Module creates, edits, and prints out ECNs and ECN Reports. In addition, it will also print out ECN reports that notify purchasing of which POs with part numbers that are affected by ECNs issued in the last 30 days.
