New 32 Bit Screens Added To 7.80 pc/MRP Version 7.80 adds new 32 bit windows to Purchasing, Receiving, Sales (shown above), Invoicing, Sales Quote, Purchase Request, Accounting and reports. Many of the new screens have new drop down list boxes to make data entry faster and easier. Ordering Information for Update Registered owners of pc/MRP can update to version 7.80 for $600.00. PDF Added To pc/MRP 7.80 pc/MRP version 7.80 users can easily email purchase orders, invoices, reports, etc with the PDF document automatically attached to the email. In addition, sending a report to PDF allows the user to display the PDF report, click on the Find Icon and find every instance of a word or character string. Mean Time Between Failures Added pc/MRP version 7.80 will automatically calculate mean time between failure for 1 or all assemblies based on the reliability factor of each part. |

New pc/MRP Slide Show Software Arts has created a series of training slide shows that can be run at any time by logging on www.pcmrpw.com and clicking on the MRP 101 button. New employees can be trained on pc/MRP by letting them click through these training slides and movies. Transition to new Support Plan Due to the difficulty of supporting multiple versions of pc/MRP, we are bundling the 7.80 update with a new 1yr/6hr cap support plan for $600.00. We will continue to support users who have outstanding support time until their support time runs out. Once their support time runs out, users must purchase the new update and support plan if they wish to receive support in the future. We will credit back unused support time (at the price paid) for users who want to update and get on the new support plan. |

pc/MRP' New Optional Bulk Email Module allows you to email news letters, brochures, notices, etc. to customers, vendors, and employees directly from your pc/MRP address book at a fraction of the cost of mailing or faxing. Pressing the Purge Address List and Reload Button allows you to create a new set of email addresses for all addresses or from one or more address types contained in your pc/MPRP address book. Colorful Brochures and/or Newsletters containing pictures and various size fonts can be created in HTML. Simply browse and locate the HTML file with the Message File … Button. Use the "Messages To Send" spinner button to select how many Newsletters or brochures you wish to send each night. |

pc/MRP's Infinite Bucket Module allows the user to generate an mrp and print out or display action item reports. Action item reports consist of Onhand, PO, Buy, Issue, Make and Sale action items. The action item reports can be sorted by part number, sales and work order number, starting date, ending date, buyer code, etc. In the Visual Time Line report shown on the right, ten bearings (pn 000000010) must be ordered on 1/3/02, issued on 1/6/02, assembled and sold by 1/09/02 for sales order 000101.
