Software Arts has released Version 7.60. If you have not already updated, users can update to this version for $300.00 by calling Software Arts at 408-226-7321 We have added the option to print or display Visual MRP Time Line reports (as shown above) to pc/MRP's optional Infinite Bucket Module. Note: you must purchase or have purchased the Infinite Bucket Module in the past to receive this new feature This update contains 100's of new features plus two new optional modules: New Optional $225.00 Customer Bulk E-Mailer Allows your company to automatically bulk email newsletters to your customers from pc/MRP's Address Book Module, see page 2 . pc/MRP' New Optional Bulk Email Module allows you to email news letters, brochures, notices, etc. to customers, vendors, and employees directly from your pc/MRP address book at a fraction of the cost of mailing or faxing. Pressing the Purge Address List and Reload Button allows you to create a new set of email addresses for all addresses or from one or more address types contained in your pc/MPRP address book. Colorful Brochures and or Newsletters containing pictures and various size fonts can be created in HTML. Simply browse and locate the HTML file with the Message File … Button. Use the "Messages To Send" spinner button to select how many Newsletters or brochures you wish to send each night. |

New Features - Accounting Invoice pay dates are automatically calculated based on the numeric value following the word "NET" in the terms field. (AR not AP.) Your account numbers for utilities, etc. can be entered in the vendor's address related document number field and your account number will automatically print out on any check you print out to that vendor. Debit Memos are automatically closed when included in a check run for that vendor. Added a utility (option 72) to change an account number and have the change propagated to all necessary pc/MRP modules. Added links to Wells Fargo check reconciliation service. This option sends Wells Fargo a list of checks you have printed. Wells Fargo will not cash any check that is not on that list. Added the ability to select all salesmen or a single salesman for sales commission reports. New Features - Inventory Parts can now be checked as serialized, so that pc/MRP prompts for serial numbers for only those parts marked as serialized. Added the ability to view all open sales and purchase orders from the inventory screen. This function will automatically recalculated and update the ondemand and onorder quantities |

pc/MRP's new optional Export to QuickBooks module allows companies to use pc/MRP to control inventory costs, create multilevel BOMs, issue stock to manufacturing, route jobs through the manufacturing floor, generate and print or display written and visual MRP reports. At the same time, QuickBooks can be used to pay bills, make deposits and generate financial reports without any double entry. pc/MRP's Export to QuickBooks Module accomplishes this by exporting all open invoices and receivers to QuickBooks once a day or once a week as illustrated in the drop down menus to the right. *Quickbooks is a registered trademark of Intuit |

pc/MRP Tips and Tricks 1. pc/MRP can now print directly from displaying a report, label, or form. simply press the printer button on the display control panel. This saves time and paper. 2. pc/MRP can automatically apply free updates. From within pc/MRP simply select Configuration, Download/Install a New Revision. pc/MRP will automatically search on the internet for any existing patches and apply them. 3. When creating custom reports, forms, and labels users can view a list of active tables used to create the report by pressing CTRL-F10 when the report is displayed. 4. When entering a purchase order or sales order users can press F1 and the inventory edit screen for that item will pop up. This allows users to check availability and lead times on the fly. 5. Most scroll screens and print screens have a save settings check box or button. This allows users to save pc/MRP settings to keep the scroll in edit mode or by default always print a report rather than display. These settings are saved automatically per user login name in pc/MRP. (Always use a username to login.) |

Drop down list boxes have been added to pc/MRP's Advanced Password Module allowing the pc/MRP administrator to easily set each user's rights to individual pc/MRP modules. Starting with version 7.55, users can change their own passwords by selecting Optional, Passwords, and Change password of current user. Users must have D (Delete) Rights to re-index files for that module. Only users with D (Delete) Rights to the Password Module can activate pc/MRP's Command Line. |
