Overview and Instructions
pc/MRP does not come standard with an inventory report for each storage
area. Listed below are five downloadable files that contain seperate
custom reports for each inventory area for pc/MRP versions 7.01 (CUSRP701.exe),
7.50 (CUSRP750.exe), 7.60 (CUSPR760.exe), 8.10 (CUSPAR810.exe), and
8.40 (CUSPAR840.exe).
- CUSPAR01 for inventory area 1 (stores).
- CUSPAR02 for inventory area 2.
- CUSPAR03 for inventory area 3.
- CUSPAR04 for inventory area 4.
- CUSPAR05 for inventory area 5.
- CUSPAR06 for inventory area 6.
- CUSPAR07 for inventory area 7 (WIP).
- CUSPAR01-11 plus CUSWIP in pc/MRP version 8.10 to 8.30.
- CUSPAR01-20 plus CUSWIP in pc/MRP versions 8.40 and above.
To utilize these reports follow the instructions listed below.
- Click on the desired EXE representative of your current pc/MRP version
(e.g. CUSRP701.exe or CUSPR750.exe) to download the file.
- Put the file into a temporary directory.
- Double click on the file that you downloaded. This is a self executing
file. Several report forms will be extracted.
- Make sure your existing pc/MRP version does not have any previously
created custom inventory reports. If a custom inventory report exists
that is the same name as one or more of the extracted files rename
your current custom report. (Be sure to rename both the .FRT and .FRX.)
- Copy the extracted files into your pcmrpw folder.
- Start pc/MRP and select Inventory and Reports. You will now have
all of the CUSPAR01-CUSPAR20 inventory reports listed under the
custom
report option. CUSPAR840.exe allows you to select the areas.
