7.80Q	Fixed failure to offer PDF output when generating accounting reports. Added the address scroll button for the "A" type accounting transaction. Changed the stockroom option "B" (transfer between areas) to allow transfer of decimal values.
7.80R	Fixed address print/sort capability. Fixed PartMaster import anomaly.
7.80S	Fixed failure of the Check Availability report to factor in the on demand if the Sub-Assembly Only option was selected.
7.80T	Modified the sales order billing and shipping address lookups to take the billing\shipping address from the selected address if it exists.
7.80U	Modified the I accounting transact to show the amount for the chart of account in the non inventory item for the accounts payable voucher when accounting is set to period. Modified the accounts payable voucher to get the price from the selected vendor.
7.80V	Made audit part case insensitive for BOMs. Can debit QB COG accnts for freight in and outside labor.
7.80W	Fixed possible rounding differences between debits & credits when entering a new accounting transaction by explicitly rounding all debit & credit amounts to 2 decimal places at the variable level. Fixed bug when converting part to assemblies where the BOM's item# would not appear on the issue report if the item had an insufficient qty in inventory and the issue was not configured to automatically issue the required qty. Fixed bug that failed to allow an inside labor part to be added to QuickBooks as a service item.
7.80X	Custom Modification.
7.80Y	Fixed bug using a user's access rights to the SN/Lot module for the sales analysis module.
7.80Z	Enhanced the routing module to also trigger a return from mfg if material is transferred to any area higher than finished goods to prevent the possiblity that material would never be back flushed. Enhanced the routing module to block transfer of material from the "finished goods" area or higher into a lower area because it could result in a second back_flush of component if the material is subsequently transferred back to finished goods. Restored the fax number column to the address log report. The column was erroneously removed from the report beginning with 7.01. Fixed failure of the inspection report criteria screen to offer pdf as an output option or to allow selection of the html option. Added ability to output an inspection record from the inspection edit screen in pdf and html formats. Added ability to output the inspection requirement list to pdf, ascii, excel, dbf, and html. Infinite Bucket excess inventory report now includes all items (those w/o excess) if you select all items. Fixed bug that says the quote is closed when scrolling to select an open sales quote with sort order other than document number for converting sales quote to sales order. Fixed bug that says the request is closed when scrolling to select an open purchase request with sort order other than document number for converting purchase request to purchase order. Fixed error when a users is reprinting checks, elects to build the list manually, selects a non check type transaction, then opts to skip the transaction when it is detected. Added warning to get all users out of pcmrp and make a backup prior to updating. Changed the chart of accounts print menu option to also allow output to pdf, ascii, excel, dbf, and html.
7.80AA	Fixed bug that did not update one of stocktra index file when entering i type stockroom transaction. Fixed error 1734, line 23 of cntsearchgrid.fixvalue (property converttochar is not found) when using the query builder grid. Enhanced the query builder grid to accept various other entries to be accepted for logical fields (e.g. "true", ".t.", "t", "y", "1") Removed wip qty and word custphys from physical inventory variance report Changed the error message to part number does not exist in partmast.dbf if the part number does not exist in partmast.dbf when click ok to exit the invoice screen. Created a function fixusersets() to detect and delete invalid records from the usersets.dbf table. Changed seek statement to upper(left(partno,mpnsize)) to avoid case sentitive. Fixed failure of numerous chart of account lookup scroll buttons to function properly if the user doesn"t have access to the accountoing module. Fixed bug where use of the scroll button could change the access level (change edit to view) of the current module. Modified the external viewer button on the miscellaneous page of the part entry screen to recognize "http://" as a valid url prefix. Modified the inventory audit process to not remove the image_file content if the content begins with "http://" or "https://" Fixed error 11 which would occur when a user entered time sheet information a second time during the same logon session. Fixed bug when creating a new bom that would create the inventory record for the assembly with data placed in the incorrect fields due to field shifting. Fixed bug that would reset the default setting for output form type to "standard" if they had custom forms but not the historic custom form name (e.g. cso.frx) Close a loophole that could allow pc/mrp to attempt to send an invalid credit amount to quickbooks which results in a pc/mrp error. Enhanced the environment dump function to also include the current record in each open table in the output. Added stkshort to the index list when opening the stocktra.dbf table. Added code to automatically add a new field (payrate) to the emptimesh table during a manual update and populate the field with the current payrate for the employee. Added rate field and populated it from the employee.dbf table when creating a new time sheet. Fixed bug when quering qb for part data that would return "fullname is not an object" if a vendor had been assigned to an item then the vendor deleted from the vendor list. Fixed bug where a user with view-only right to the configuration setttings & utilities area can make changes to an option or run a utility by pressing the enter key.
7.80AB	Fixed accounting bug where two persons paying bills at the same time could endup double entering transactons for the same receiver/ap voucher while skipping some entirely. Fixed bug in printing checks where two users who are printing new checks at the same time will be issued the same check number. only one user is now allowed access to the print check dialog at a time. Stopped the "table" menu from appearing when the browse window is displayed for part lookup in po\req\so\sq and on other less noticable browse windows. Fixed failure of the print PO form window to retain the standard\custom setting. Fixed bug in audit inventory process that would zero out negative qtys if the "report" check box was selected but the "fix" chack box was not selected. Corrected the on-time performance % to use the number of on-time orders vs the number of orders.
7.80AC	Fixed bug that failed to show custom purchase request forms in the print dialog window. only custom PO quotes were being displayed. Allow people with accounting view rights to view the employee time sheet reports. Fixed bug in sales order module that caused the ondemand quantity not being updated in partmast.dbf when entering a new sales order. Fixed bug for re-closing a period that the temporary chart of account cursor(table) index file is indexed with upper case but the search criteria was not set up with upper case when searching the index file.
7.80AD	Fixed partial return from mfg that was attempting to return assemblies that are mark as floorstk and generating a warning message for all sub-component parts. Fixed failure of the bulk email module to load the entire address book email list. Fixed bug on the ECN report for affected pos that only displayed the century portion of the year within the date column. Modified Quickbooks export to handle parts in QB referencing a sales tax code that no longer exists in Quickbooks.
7.80AE	Fixed bug when generating inspection reports that sent "display" to the browse window, "print - narrow" to display, and offered a wide carriage print. Fixed error 36 when trying to print a custom report or form with a space in the filename. Fixed error when clearing the query criteria from the address print process. Fixed variable not found error when changing the item number on a SO/WO\SQ. Added validation of the default quickbooks operating expense account. Added protective code to prevent an error when exporting to quickbooks if a referenced account on a part item doesn't have a fullname. Added test when exporting to quickbooks during validation of receivers and invoices to ensure "Sales and Purchase" parts have both an expense and income accounts specified in QB. Added ability to get the entire item list (including inactive items) from quickbooks. The Quickbooks tab on the part inventory screen will now identify whether the qbpartid in QB is of the incorrect item type or whether it is current inactive. Fixed bug where newly created BOMs don't have a qbpartid initially assigned. Fixed error 1943, procedure qb_parttablefill when an attempt is made to retrieve QB part items from quickbooks. Fixed bug when importing invoices using Configuration, Settings & Utilities, Option 40.
